How do I get started?: Sign up for the Free plan — no credit card required. You get 20,000 data points per day, access to 3 sportsbooks, and pre-match odds immediately. When you need more, upgrade to Starter ($49/mo) for all books and live data, or Pro ($149/mo) for near real-time updates with 30-second delay. See all plans.
What happens if I exceed my data point limit?: Every plan includes adjustable soft and hard limits so you stay in control. Set a soft limit to get a warning notification and a hard limit to cap usage automatically.

On the Free plan, you have a daily hard cap — requests return a 429 status once reached. No surprise charges.

On paid plans (Starter through Max), you can enable pay-as-you-go overage so you never miss a line movement — or set a hard limit to prevent any overage entirely. Enterprise plans have custom limits. Contact us for details.

What counts as a "data point"?: Each market × sportsbook combination in a response counts as one data point. Use market_ids and affiliate_ids to control cost. Examples:

• GET /v2/sports/4/events/2026-02-12?market_ids=1,2,3 — 15 games × 3 markets × 8 books = ~360 data points
• GET /v2/events/{id}?market_ids=1,2,3 — 1 event × 3 markets × 16 books = ~48 data points
• GET /v2/events/{id}?market_ids=1&affiliate_ids=3 — 1 event × 1 market × 1 book = 1 data point

WebSocket push messages count as 1 data point each. Reference data (/sports, /affiliates, /markets) is always free.
How does the WebSocket stream work?: Connect to our V2 WebSocket for real-time odds deltas:

Filtering:
• Single book: affiliate_ids=3 (Pinnacle)
• Multiple books: affiliate_ids=2,3,19 (Bovada + Pinnacle + DraftKings)
• Scores + book: affiliate_ids=0,3 (score updates + Pinnacle)

Each message contains the event ID, market, and only the fields that changed. Updates are sub-second. Available on Ultra plans and above.
