Delete your TheRundown account
Request deletion of your account and associated data from TheRundown, including the TheRundown mobile app.
How to request deletion
Use either option below. Send your request using the email address registered to your TheRundown account.
- Open the contact form, select “Account deletion”, and enter your account email address. In your message, ask us to delete your account and associated data.
- Email [email protected] from your account email address with the subject “Account deletion”.
What gets deleted
When your deletion request is completed, we delete:
- Your TheRundown account.
- Your account profile.
- Your API keys.
- Your saved settings.
What may be kept
Billing and payment records: We may retain these records for legal and tax reasons, for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
API request logs: Records of requests made with your API keys (time, endpoint, response status and data points used) may be kept after your account is deleted, including in archived copies, for security, billing and service operations.
